Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at A$29/month (inclusive of GST). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Odds data is sourced from The Odds API and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify odds directly at the bookmaker before placing any bet. ARB//HQ is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on displayed odds.
All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by ARB//HQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARB//HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
